As the President and CEO of Envise, Mr. Lofaso is responsible for establishing and implementing the vision and strategic direction of the organization in conjunction with the Board of Directors. By building a strong, customer-focused team while providing clarity throughout the entire organization, Mr. Lofaso is able to use his project and general management skills to drive the performance of Envise.
With over 30 years of experience in the building automation industry, Mr. Lofaso has taken on various roles focusing on engineering, sales, and leadership. His wealth of industry experience has allowed him to become well versed in establishing high performance teams that achieve consistent goals, understand the importance of customer relationships, and align values to create the ultimate experience for all involved. His vast knowledge of integration and open protocol building automation systems has resulted in a multitude of successful projects.
Mr. Lofaso received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University, followed by a master’s in executive leadership from the University of San Diego. He is also a registered professional engineer and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Associated of Energy Engineers. Mr. Lofaso serves on the Envise Board of Directors.
As Pacific Northwest Branch Manager, Mr. O’Mahony is responsible for developing solutions to solve problems for clients while overseeing all branch operations.
Mr. O’Mahony joined the mechanical, engineering and plumbing industry in 2000. He began focusing on sales, team expansion and improvement and collaborating with clients to develop lasting relationships. By consistently seeking ways to advance customer service, Mr. O’Mahony has been able to manage high-profile accounts with complex structures. His understanding of the industry has enabled him to become well versed in energy efficiency master planning, energy and lifecycle management strategies, retro and continuous commissioning, and system integration.
Mr. O’Mahony graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and a post-graduate diploma in project management from Trinity College, Dublin. He now participates as a member of the Design-Build Institute of America.
As a Branch Manager for Envise, Mr. Fletcher leads the business development, sales and operations efforts within the Southern California region. Emphasizing client satisfaction, he strives for flawless execution and setting the appropriate expectations, like defining value, with both internal and external clients throughout every stage. His consultative approach helps uncover clients’ challenges in a way that allows them to be interpreted into unique, value added solutions.
With over fifteen years in the construction and real estate development industries, Mr. Fletcher’s passion for development and technology integration naturally intersect to provide future-proof, product agnostic recommendations to clients faced with the difficult decision of how to best outfit their facilities, developments, and investments. His expertise includes intelligent infrastructure like smart city development, connected communities, and the internet of things, as well as experience with the first truly integrated, product-agnostic intelligent infrastructure development in the country. Having previously served as Envise’s Southern California Sales Manager, he has helped bolster Envise in the regional marketplace as well as promote its Customer Experience Center, which showcases the team’s ability to creatively consult, problem solve, and deliver customized solutions.
Mr. Fletcher received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Colorado School of Mines. He is an active member of industry organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, Smart Cities Council, and Orange County Business Council.
As Northern California Branch Manager, Ms. Jackman is responsible for the overall performance and growth of the division. Her responsibilities extend into project development, service delivery, and employee engagement. She believes that the success of a project is derived from a solid estimate, clear communication between the team and the client during all stages, as well as on-time completion, and a strong plan for construction support.
Ms. Jackman began her career in the industry 30 years ago and has held various positions with focuses ranging from engineering, mechanical and building automation to project management, performance contracting, construction, and general management. She has experience in fully integrated mechanical, building management system, security, and lighting projects, as well as successful central plant installations paired with complex building automation sequences. As an expert in building management system project development, Ms. Jackman stays abreast of various building management system vendors and their offerings.
Ms. Jackman received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and currently serves as a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the International Facility Management Association.
As the Las Vegas Operations Manager for Envise, Mike Willis is responsible for overseeing the physical and financial aspects related to the division’s controls and building automation projects. Mr. Willis has experience with all types of control systems—pneumatic, electronic, DDC—and numerous control manufacturer platforms in virtually every market sector. His expertise in implementing various platforms individually or in customized combinations provides him with the knowledge required for forward-thinking solutions.
With over 30 years in the controls industry, Mr. Willis has held positions at a variety of levels during his career, including control system installer, DDC programmer/technician, application engineer, engineering manager, project manager, energy services engineer, and service manager. In his current role, he utilizes his well-rounded background in the controls industry to develop new talent, become a trusted resource for Envise’s client base, and consistently search for new methods to improve facility operations and efficiency on a holistic system level.
Mr. Willis was a member of the Local 597 pipefitters union and has achieved certification as an energy manager as well as a measurement and verification professional. He is an active member of industry organizations such as the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and National Professional Facility Managers Association (NPFMA).
As the Northwest Service Operations Manager, Mr. Baguio is responsible for the execution and delivery of the business plan for Envise’s Portland office. By working with several levels of the business, including branch and cultural leadership, sales leadership, and service managers, he understands the need for continuous improvement of product delivery, planning, and processes. Having previous experience in supporting sales and operations has allowed Mr. Baguio to better serve customers by focusing on the relationships built with them.
Mr. Baguio joined the industry in 2000 when he began selling HVAC maintenance agreements and quickly moved through the ranks as Selling General Manager, Sales Manager, and finally General Manager. Having held various leadership positions throughout his career, he has become well versed in understanding the need to promote healthy buildings and finding energy retrofit opportunities, in order to provide superior customer service. Mr. Baguio also has vast knowledge how to educate customers on the mechanical and building automation systems of their building to reduce energy usage through efficient maintenance and building analytics.
Mr. Baguio received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Oregon.
As the San Diego Operations Manager, Edward Duffy is responsible for supporting the regional expansion of the Envise market share and the Envise Center of Excellence for Analytics. His extensive experience spans building efficiency and project development, as well as business leadership.
With over 19 years of experience in the energy services and building automation industry, Mr. Duffy is well-versed in the implementation of complex design-build energy retrofit projects. By effectively leveraging the organization’s analytics capabilities, he is able to help increase customers’ building operations and lead the way to building optimization.
Mr. Duffy earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from San Diego State University. He now participates as a member of ASHRAE.
As Vice President of National Operations and Sales for Envise, Mr. Gladney is responsible for leading the operations and sales of the organization’s building automation and service segments across all branches, as well as spearheading metrics and strategies that help drive performance. Using his knowledge of industry trends, innovations, and opportunities, he drives Envise’s operational efficiency and ensures a consistently positive experience for customers across all geographic locations.
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Gladney’s expertise includes areas like HVAC controls, system integration, performance contracting, thermal energy storage, building energy performance analysis, and creative project financing options. With a history of successfully leading large controls departments and overseeing strategy, operations, and business development, he has a strong passion for energy management, automation, optimization, and controls.
Mr. Gladney earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Riverside and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering at California State Polytechnic, Pomona. He is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers and a LEED AP Accredited Professional in Operations and Maintenance.
