As Branch Manager for Mid-Atlantic, Mr. Nagle focuses on all three segments of the business — building management systems (BMS), mechanical systems/HVAC, and energy retrofit projects — and is responsible for identifying and implementing best practices and consistent processes to assure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Mr. Nagle’s wide breadth of experience includes project management, pre-construction program management, estimating, equipment procurement, facility maintenance and service in a variety of markets with Envise parent company Southland Industries. He has also held profit and loss responsibilities for Southland’s service group in Colorado as well as its Mid-Atlantic division.
Mr. Nagle earned his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering (BAE) with a concentration in construction management from Pennsylvania State University. He is currently affiliated with the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the American Society of Health Care Engineering (ASHE), Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
